The first is to focus on the use and regeneration of the purifier. In particular, the use, heating and cooling of the molecular sieve must be strictly mastered. Because the time is the cohesion of the three, interlocking, one part time grasp is not good, not only water, acetylene, carbon dioxide are taken fractionating column, and purification device heating and cooling time may be extended, this makes another set of clarifier use time also want to extend, this will cause serious vicious cycle.

The second is to change the temperature control of the outlet of the purifier to time control. This is critical. The heating time of the small air separation equipment purifier is controlled by the outlet temperature. When the outlet temperature reaches the set 80℃~100℃, the heating will automatically cut off. In fact, the outlet temperature is affected by many factors. Such as temperature, air, humidity, air volume, pressure and the use of molecular sieve, etc., will directly affect the length of heating time, and sometimes there will be a difference of l -- 2 hours. If the outlet temperature does not reach the set temperature, the heating will continue, which will inevitably affect the cooling time. At present, the heating of medium and large air separation purifiers does not take the outlet temperature as the criterion, but the time as the criterion. The heating time is set between 180 and 200 minutes, so as to ensure that there is enough time to cool the molecular sieve. Therefore, the heating time of the purifier of the small air separation equipment can also be determined.
